Frank began his real estate finance career in 1990 with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending which evolved toward alternative residential wholesale lending when he joined New Century Mortgage Corp. During his eight years with the firm, his expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service allowed him to quickly gain recognition within the industry.

In less than 10 years, Frank helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for various projects in California. Through his unparalleled success and tireless work ethic, Frank has developed a track record for bringing his clients’ dreams to fruition.

During he credit crisis of 2007-2008, just as many mortgage professionals were exiting the industry, Frank saw it as an opportunity to expand.

In 2009, he founded Capital Direct Funding with the vision to build a true alternative financing option for residential and commercial properties not only for his family’s future, but for that of his clients.

In addition to being a Principal at Direct Servicing Inc., Frank maintains his leadership role as Co-Founder and Divisional Manager at Capital Direct Funding. Capital Direct Funding is recognized as California’s premier private money and alternative lending firm.
